Jan Krusche has a solid background in legal roles, starting as a Rechtsreferendar at Land Berlin in 2013. Jan then progressed to various legal positions, including Associate at POELLATH in 2015, Senior Associate at Hengeler Mueller in 2020, and eventually held the role of Vice President Legal & General Counsel at Serrala in 2021. Jan Krusche has an extensive education history, starting with a Jur. Staatsexamen from Freie Universität Berlin in 2011. Jan then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Chinese Studies from Freie Universität Berlin in 2017. Jan also completed a Ph.D. in Innovation and Competition from Max Planck Society in 2015. Jan furthered their education by obtaining a Diploma in Law and Economics from the University of St.Gallen in 2022 and a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley in 2021, specializing in Law and Technology. Additionally, they studied Modern Chinese Language at Fudan University in 2006.
