Nidhi Kapoor

Nidhi Kapoor possesses extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors, currently serving in a Legal and Compliance role at Pharmarack since May 2021. Prior to this, Nidhi held positions at Smart Card IT Solutions from June 2014 to April 2021, focusing on corporate law and compliance with the Companies Act, as well as at ACB India Limited from April 2011 to March 2014, where expertise included XBRL filing and compliance with SEBI regulations. Earlier experience at KMG Infotech involved comprehensive secretarial and banking/finance functions. Nidhi holds a Fellow Company Secretary designation from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, along with a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from Lucknow University.
