Mareike Gerdes

Mareike joined Serrala as Vice President HR on March 1, 2022 to lead the global HR organization. Her background is 15 years of experience in building and developing HR departments, especially in organizational development, talent acquisition, and change management.

Before joining Serrala, she was focusing on implementing learning and development solutions as VP HR at Unzer, a FinTech company, and owned several senior leadership roles at XING / New Work SE in the growth phase from 500 to 2,000 employees.
