David Krusinski

David Krusinski has extensive work experience in various quality and operations roles. David is currently the Vice President of Quality at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Quality at PLZ Corp from February 2020 to June 2023. From December 2017 to December 2019, they worked as the Director of Global Quality at Dover Corporation. Before that, they held the position of Director of Quality at Johnson Controls from July 2013 to November 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Martinrea International as the Director - Global Quality from April 2011 to June 2013. David also has a strong background at Ford Motor Company, where they held various roles including Supplier Quality Manager, Plant Operations Manager, Manufacturing Operations Manager, and Manufacturing Engineering/Operations Supervisor from 1994 to 2011.

David Krusinski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo, which they attended from 1989 to 1994. David further pursued their education at Cleveland State University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they completed various certification programs such as the Lean Executive Leadership Program from the University of Kentucky in 2022, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification from The Knowledge Academy in 2019, and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification from CALISO in 2019. David'seducation began at Padua Franciscan High School, where they graduated with a High School Diploma in 1988.
