David Roth's work experience includes:

- Vice President Human Resources - Commercial and Corporate at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC since July 2022. David oversees all HR initiatives and processes for the corporate and commercial functions of the company, managing a team of HR Business Partners to support approximately 1,000 employees.

- Vice President Human Resources - Global Consumer Solutions/Costa Rica Shared Service Center at Equifax from April 2018 to March 2022. David oversaw HR initiatives and processes for Equifax's Global Consumer Solutions division, directly supporting the President and senior leadership team.

- Vice President Human Resources - Global Operations at Equifax from March 2015 to March 2018. David led a geographically dispersed HR team to support Equifax's Global Operations Center of Excellence, providing direct support to the COO and senior leadership team.

- Vice President Human Resources - Global Technology at Equifax from May 2007 to February 2015. David grew and developed a team of HR Business Partners supporting Equifax's Global Technology Center of Excellence, while providing direct HR support to the CIO and senior leadership team. David also led the global HR team in developing a new role mapping process and career development framework.

- Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Merck from January 2001 to May 2007. David supported multiple leaders in the Eastern U.S. aligned by various therapeutic areas.
