Peter Dubois

Peter DuBois is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in operations management and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, since January 2025, Peter has previously held key positions such as CIO of the Flooring Business Unit at Mohawk Industries, where a comprehensive digital transformation strategy was implemented, and CIO of Global Operations at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., overseeing a substantial IT budget and achieving significant revenue growth through digital initiatives. Earlier career roles include Senior Information Technology Audit Manager at The Hartford and Senior Auditor at Travelers. Peter holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Hartford.
