Rory O'Kane

Rory O'Kane has over 35 years of experience in various senior leadership roles in engineering, operations, and supply chain management. Rory is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Serta Simmons Bedding, where they oversee the company's operational functions. Previously, O'Kane held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Cornerstone Building Brands, where they were responsible for setting strategy and directing manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering for Ply Gem's US Windows group. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at Tredegar Corporation, where they established a new supply chain organization and led the procurement, logistics, and planning groups. O'Kane also held leadership positions at Johns Manville, Honeywell, and Square D Company, where they managed multiple plants and led global operations.
