Sarah Shelley

Sarah Shelley has over 20 years of work experience in various human resources and management roles. Sarah currently serves as the Director Area Human Resources at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Serta Simmons Bedding from 2014 to 2020 as an Area Human Resources Business Partner.

Before joining Serta Simmons Bedding, Sarah worked at Kraft Foods Group from 2011 to 2014 as a Business Unit Manager, where they managed three supervisors responsible for the production floor. Sarah also worked at Kraft Foods from 2006 to 2011, serving as an HR Manager from 2008 to 2011 and as an Assistant/Associate HR Manager from 2006 to 2008.

Sarah started their career at Pella Corporation in 1999, where they held various roles including HR Representative and Department Manager.

Sarah Shelley earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Simpson College in 1999. Sarah then pursued their MBA from Drake University from 1999 to 2002. In 2005, Sarah obtained a certification in PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
