Shaun Caplis

Shaun Caplis began their work experience in 1999 as a Sales and Operations Manager at Best Buy, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Regional Marketing Manager at H&R Block. In 2012, they joined Serta as a Key Account Manager and later became the Director of Sales Strategy in July 2021.

Shaun Caplis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan-Flint from 1998 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Shaun obtained certifications in "Embracing Unexpected Change," "Excel Essential Training (Office 365)," and "Managing Your Sales Territory" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
