Frederik Hombach

Frederik Hombach serves as the COO and member of the management board at SERTO Group since July 2023, overseeing approximately 200 employees across multiple operations, including general management of SERTO CZ and SERTO IT, procurement, quality assurance, and production in Switzerland, as well as leading a project for the transformation to SAP S/4HANA. Previously, Frederik held the position of Head of Mechanical Engineering, Service & Production Processes at MEDIPACK AG from August 2022 to June 2023, where oversight included eight departments and around 60 employees in a regulated packaging environment. Additionally, Frederik worked as a Senior Manufacturing Manager at Syntegon from September 2019 to July 2022, managing production areas and personnel. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Digital Business, a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt certification, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering, complemented by vocational training as an industrial mechanic in machine and system technology.
