Julie Barker

Julie Barker has experience as a Commercial Manager at SERV and as an IT Contracts Team Lead. Julie also worked at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning as a Manager in various roles. Julie holds a Prince2 Practitioner Project Management degree from Axelos Global Best Practice and a Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management. Additionally, Julie studied Bachelor of International Communication at Unitec and obtained a High School Diploma from St Cuthberts College.
