Ashlyn Himes

Ashlyn Himes is an experienced Escrow Analyst II with a strong background in analyzing large volumes of loans to ensure the validity of escrow accounts, utilizing SQL for data reporting, and enhancing operational efficiency through Excel macros. Currently at Servbank since April 2023 and previously at The Money Source Inc. from July 2020 to April 2023, Ashlyn excelled in managing initial escrow deposits, disbursement of reimbursements, and addressing escalated tasks while also creating standard operating procedures for future teams. Ashlyn has demonstrated leadership by training over 80 team members across organizations, ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Prior to the escalation analysis roles, Ashlyn served as Marketing Director at Guided Home Design and developed marketing strategies and e-commerce management skills. Ashlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Arizona State University.
