Elio Aouad possesses extensive experience in IT operations, currently serving as the Head of IT Operations for Servcorp across the Middle East and United States since February 2010. In this role, Elio manages IT Services teams, providing leadership and ensuring effective resource deployment to achieve exceptional business results. Elio has a strong background in designing IT service delivery processes based on ITIL standards and has previously held positions as IT Operations Manager and Senior IT Services Engineer within Servcorp. Prior to this, Elio worked at Cedarcom - Mobi as a Network Operation Center Engineer, handling network monitoring and management, and as part of the Corporate Customer Care team, focusing on traffic monitoring and VPN troubleshooting.
