Aaron Skiles

Aaron Skiles has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Aaron currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Serve Robotics. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations at Serve Robotics and Shutterfly, Inc., where they oversaw operational departments and supervised employees. Aaron Skiles also worked as a Corporate Senior Director at One Legal, where they were responsible for customer-facing operations and led the launch of a new revenue vertical. As a Strategic Advisor at Publior, they worked with major publishers of educational content. Additionally, they served as the VP of Operations at Luxer One – Package Lockers & Automated Package Rooms, leading operational departments and managing client-facing services. Aaron Skiles has also held positions as the Chief Operating Officer at Strive For College and UStrive, Inc., as well as the Vice President of Operations at PresenceLearning and Chief Operating Officer at SwimOutlet.com. Aaron began their career as a General Manager at The Home Depot, where they managed a store and its operations. In 2011, Aaron Skiles started working as an Independent Consultant, providing consulting and advisory services to start-up and high-growth companies in various industries.

Aaron Skiles attended Bishop O'Dowd High School for their secondary education. Aaron then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in History at the United States Military Academy at West Point. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
