Luis Colmenero Palacios

Luis Colmenero Palacios has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of health, sports, and education. Currently, Luis is working at Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears since August 2017, focusing on responsibilities at HGMO. Parallel to this role, Luis operates COACHINGÜMER, a platform for critical thinking since January 2016. Previous contributions include occasional opinion pieces for "elEconomista" and "El País" between 2017 and 2020, and editorial work with Cat. Económica from 2016 to 2017. Luis also held management positions in the hospitality sector, serving as Area Director at PortBlue Hotels & Resorts and as Head of Area/Quality Coordinator at S'Algar Hotels for over 16 years. Starting a career in education, Luis was a Physical Education teacher at Colegio Corazón de María CORMAR from 1989 to 1998 and worked as a Personal Trainer and Olympic Masseur during the 1992 Barcelona Olympics early in the career.
