Danny Novillo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Technical Supervisor at Santa Maria Supermarkets. In 2003, they served as a Network Manager at Coca Cola Distribution Point. In 2005, they had a co-op role in GIS services at the Town of Markham. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at IBM as part of the Building Operations team for data centers. Danny then moved on to QUANSER Inc, where they worked as a Control Systems Technologist. In 2011, they joined Bell Canada as an Associate Director of Data Centres, responsible for developing strategies and procedures for new and existing data centers. In 2020, they held the position of Regional Operations Manager at SNC-Lavalin before becoming the Director of Operations in Toronto at Serverfarm.

Danny Novillo has a diverse education history. Danny completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE in 2003.
