Andy Leaf

Andy Leaf possesses extensive experience in social services and community advocacy, currently serving as Resident Skills Coordinator and Children's Advocate at the Interfaith Association of Northwest Washington since December 2015, where responsibilities include caring for 46 individuals. As a Behavior Specialist at Service Alternatives, Inc. since April 2015, Andy supports children within the Washington State foster care system. Prior to this, leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Director of Compassionate Ministries for the Church of the Nazarene from September 2012 to July 2015, managing 60 to 100 volunteers monthly and providing 6,000 meals annually. Andy's early career included a decade as the owner of Andrew Leaf Construction and work as a Journeyman Iron Worker with Union Iron Workers Local 86. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and a Master's degree in Social Work from Western and Eastern Washington Universities, respectively, along with ongoing doctoral studies in Social Work at the University of Washington.
