David Godinez

David Godinez has a long history in the facilities management industry, having held various leadership roles throughout their career. David started working at Pacific Maintenance Company in 1978, where they served as the VP of Operations for 24 years. In 2003, they joined DMS Facility Services as the VP of Operations, a position they held for four years. Since 2007, they have been working at Service by Medallion as the Regional Director of Operations.

David Godinez attended Leland High School from 1967 to 1970, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General Education. Following this, they enrolled at San Jose City College from 1970 to 1972, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Physical Education and Spanish. Finally, they pursued higher education at San Jose State University, from 1972 to 1978, completing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish and Physical Education.
