Julio Rios

Julio Rios has extensive experience in facility management, currently serving as Facility Services Program Manager at Service by Medallion since September 2019. Prior to this role, Julio held positions as Facilities Program Manager at JONES LANG LA SALLE and as Facilities Project Manager at BSM Facility Services Group and Pacific Maintenance Company. Julio began a career in facility management in 1998 at Service Performance Corp., where foundational procedures for a maintenance department were established. Notably, Julio also relocated to Phoenix, AZ, to develop a Facility Services department for Flagship Facility Services, Inc., scaling the team to 20 technicians before returning to California to revitalize operations. Julio earned a BA in Administrative Justice from San Jose State University and held an Honors Diploma in Electronics and Industrial Arts from Independence High School.
