Naushin Shaikh

Naushin Shaikh is a Human Resources Generalist at Service Care Limited since June 2025, previously serving as a Sourcer for Talent Development at Ascendion from October 2022 to June 2025 and at Collabera Inc. from May 2022 to October 2022. In these roles, Naushin has been responsible for candidate generation through diverse mediums and partnering with recruiters to identify candidates for a variety of organizational positions. Naushin holds a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a focus on Accounting and Finance, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) in the same field, both obtained from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
