Michelle Nares

Michelle Nares, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of operations management. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC since 2023.

Prior to this, Michelle held various roles at CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems from 2018 to 2022, including Vice President of Field Operations and Director of Operations (Analytics). Here, they were responsible for overseeing field operations and implementing analytics strategies.

Michelle also worked at Source Refrigeration & HVAC from 2011 to 2018, starting as a Purchasing Representative and later serving as an Office Operations Manager. In this role, they provided leadership and accountability for various departments, including operations coordination, dispatch, purchasing, and installation coordination. Michelle also implemented effective management strategies and set clear goals for the support staff.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong skills in inventory management, purchasing, vendor management, and process improvement. Their academic background in business administration further enhances their expertise in operations and strategic management.

Michelle Nares, MBA, pursued their education in various institutions, accumulating a diverse academic background. Michelle obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Chaffey College between 2007 and 2010. In the pursuit of a deeper understanding of the arts, they then enrolled at California State University, Long Beach, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Fine and Studio Arts Management from 2011 to 2013.

Recognizing the value of business knowledge, Michelle pursued further education at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Between 2017 and 2019, they successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, during this period, they also acquired a Master's degree from the same institution that has not been specified in terms of the field of study.
