AnaElsa Aviles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership within labor organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor to the Executive Office at SEIU since September 2021, AnaElsa supports the Chief of Staff in managing a senior leadership team and leading complex organizational projects. Previously, AnaElsa worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at 1199SEIU Training and Employment Funds, where leadership coaching and change management initiatives were key focuses. Prior roles include Learning and Development Senior Specialist at AFSCME, Community Partnerships Manager at SEIU, and serving as Country Program Director at the Solidarity Center, managing substantial program budgets and partnerships. AnaElsa holds a Master of Science in Organization Development & Knowledge Management from George Mason University.
