Bryan Barrios serves as the Communications Manager for the SEIU since July 2023, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning, managing communications for key union campaigns, and developing effective messaging for various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Bryan worked as a Communications Manager at OC Health Care Agency, addressing public health communication demands and co-leading a talk show, and served as Communications & Outreach Strategist at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Experience also includes public outreach positions at Los Angeles Metro, and roles in account management and talent acquisition. Bryan is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at California State University, Long Beach, and holds previous degrees from UC Irvine and Los Angeles City College.
