Renaye Manley

Renaye Manley, MBA, currently serves as a Board Member for the Thirty Percent Coalition and has held the position of Deputy Director in the Strategic Initiatives Department of the Service Employees International Union since November 2010. Throughout a career dedicated to justice and empowering workers, Renaye has also contributed as an International Representative for the Biden-Harris Transition Team and served on the Biden Harris Agency Review Team. Previous experience includes board membership at the Council of Institutional Investors, participation on the Advisory Council on Agriculture, Small Business & Labor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, directorship at Interfaith Worker Justice, and a national field representative role at AFL-CIO. Renaye holds an MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University Northwest.
