Brian Leppard

Brian Leppard has extensive work experience in the sales and insurance industry. Brian started their career as a Licensed Agent at Jager Insurance Agency in 2004 and worked there until 2007. Brian then joined the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies in 2007 and held various roles such as District Manager, Sr. District Manager, Territory Manager, Zone Sales Director, and Distribution Best Practices until 2018. After that, they joined Farmers Insurance as a Digital Director for a year. In 2019, they transitioned to Service Express, where they initially served as the Director of Sales and then moved on to become the Director of Sales, Hardware & Managed Services in July 2021.

Brian Leppard earned their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Food Marketing from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business in 2000. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications, including Understanding and Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees from LinkedIn in 2022, and various certifications in leadership and user experience design from LinkedIn and edX between 2016 and 2020.
