Crystal Poole

Crystal Poole is an experienced data science and business intelligence professional with a diverse background in analytics and programming. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Service Express since March 2020, Crystal has also held roles including Business Intelligence Manager, Business Intelligence Team Lead, and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, Crystal worked at Priority Health from May 2017 to March 2020 as a Data Analytics Engineer and Business Intelligence Analyst. Crystal's career began at First National Bank of America, where the position of Computer Programmer was held from February 2016 to May 2017. Crystal Poole earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Michigan State University in 2016.
