Matthew Treadwell

Matthew Treadwell is an experienced professional in service operations and management, currently serving as Regional Service Manager at Service Express since July 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Director Of Operations at Customer Service and Operations Management in early 2021. Matthew has extensive experience from Hillrom, where tenure spanned over 21 years, progressing from Field Service Technician to Service Operations Manager, leading cross-disciplinary teams and focusing on operational excellence and customer service. Earlier military service as a Squad Leader in the Louisiana National Guard laid a foundation for leadership skills. Matthew is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix, expected to complete in 2024.
