Nicholas Bruce began their work experience in 2015 at Blue Chip as an Intel Operator, where they handled various Intel tasks and resolved related tickets. In 2022, Blue Chip became Service Express, and Nicholas continued their role as an Intel Operator. In 2023, they were promoted to Operations Shift Lead at Service Express, allowing him to work at a higher level within the Operations team.

Nicholas Bruce studied Computing and IT - IT at Milton Keynes College from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Stantonbury Campus from 2007 to 2012, but their field of study is unknown. Besides their formal education, Nicholas has obtained several certifications, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn, and "First Aid at Work" from St John Ambulance, among others.
