Tahir Maqsood

Tahir Maqsood, ACIS, CFrA, currently serves as Company Secretary for both Servis Tyres and Servis Shoes since March 2024, while also holding the position of Senior Group Manager Compliance at Service Industries Limited and Service Global Footwear Ltd. since February 2020. Previously, Tahir was Manager of Corporate Compliance & Secretariat Affairs at Mughal Steel from November 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing overall corporate affairs and capital issuance. Prior experience includes working as Audit & Corporate Senior at PrimeGlobal - Fazal Mahmood and Company Chartered Accountants from November 2011 to October 2015. Educational qualifications encompass an ACIS degree from The Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan, a CFrA from the Certified Forensic Practitioners Institute, and CICA from The Institute for Internal Controls, USA.
