Kirk Pettingill

Kirk Pettingill serves as the President of National HVAC Service at Service Logic since November 2025. Prior to this role, Kirk held the position of President/CEO at EMCOR Services Team Mechanical from July 2019 to September 2025, where significant growth in the HVAC sector was achieved, increasing revenue from $40 million to $71 million and fostering a collaborative team environment. Kirk's experience at Carrier Corporation from February 2005 to June 2019 included roles as Commercial General Manager and Area General Manager, managing P&L responsibilities across various states. Earlier in Kirk's career, service as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the United States Air Force spanned from December 1984 to February 2005. Academically, Kirk holds a Master of Science in Logistics Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Troy University.
