Katrina Freeman

Katrina Freeman has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as a Business Concierge and Service Support Specialist at Service NSW since August 2018. Katrina has held the position of Insurance Manager at Regional Australia Bank since 2010, overseeing the training and support of frontline staff in insurance products and maintaining relationships with third-party insurers. Additionally, Katrina has been an Insurance Manager at CMG since 2002 and previously worked in various roles including Insurance Coordinator and Member Relationship Officer at Community Mutual Group. Katrina holds a Diploma in General Insurance from The Australian College of Commerce and Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE New England.
