With a background in customer service facilitation at the Service Quality Institute and a long-standing role as CEO/Executive Director of IGEL SRL, along with experience in marketing leadership at EMBOL S.A / COCA-COLA, MGS Coaching and Training possesses a robust academic foundation, including multiple master’s degrees in coaching, leadership, and marketing from prestigious institutions.
