James Russell

James Russell, FCA has a diverse work experience. James started their career at KPMG Ireland in 2008 as a Trainee Accountant, where they worked with various clients in the Consumer & Industrial Markets sector. James then joined the KPMG Audit Co-Ordinator team for the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA), which is one of the largest property entities in the world. In 2012, James moved to GM Holden as a Financial Analyst, where they managed the capitalization of assets and led multiple teams through a period of asset impairment. Since 2015, they have been working at Service Stream, initially as a Project Finance Controller and then as a Project Finance Manager. In their current role as Head of Finance Mobiles - Senior Finance and Contracts Manager, James oversees project budgeting and forecasting, financial control, and supports operational teams to achieve financial objectives. James has been recognized for their outstanding teamwork and analytical skills.

James Russell, FCA received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University in 2007. James then pursued a Master's in Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting at the same university in 2007-2008. In 2011, they obtained two additional certifications, namely Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) from the Irish Tax Institute and Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Chartered Accountants Ireland.
