Alexandra Nieves

Alexandra Nieves has a strong work experience in various roles and organizations. Alexandra started their career in 2010 in the United States Army, where they served as a Human Resources Manager, Senior Personnel Manager, and Human Resources Instructor. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership skills, designed training programs, and provided HR support.

After their time in the army, Alexandra joined the United States Central Command in 2017 as an Executive Officer and Coordinator for Manpower/Pay & Entitlement Policy. Alexandra played a crucial role in coordinating actions and strategic engagements across multiple agencies and departments.

Currently, Alexandra is working at Service to School, where they have held multiple positions, including Program Manager, Director of Program Operations, and currently serves as the Director of Operations. In these roles, they have been responsible for conducting onboarding calls and reviewing applicant information to determine best-fit schools, as well as overseeing program operations.

Alexandra Nieves attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems from the University of South Florida from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Central Florida from 2005 to 2009. Alexandra completed their high school education at Armwood High School from 2001 to 2005.
