Suparba Panda has been in the workforce since 2005. In 2004, they worked as a Senior Software Consultant for CyberBestTech / City of Mobile. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Software Consultant for Monsanto, and then as a Senior Consultant for Anheuser Busch from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Sr Specialist - Architecture for Brown Shoe Company and then as a Systems Architect for USBank from 2010 to 2010. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Community Leader for Chores Market. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a VP Technology, Sr Director Technology, and Software Architect for Equifax Workforce Solutions. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, they worked as a CEO, Founder, and CTO for TymeMachine and Service Works, respectively.

Suparba Panda obtained a Masters in Information Technology from the University of South Alabama. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Secondary degree in Science from Bidhannagar Govt Hight School between 1992 and 1994. From 1994 to 1999, they obtained a Bachelors in Architectural Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. In November 2021, they obtained a Wharton Marketing Analytics Program certification from Emeritus.
