Joshua Muir

Joshua Muir has a diverse work experience beginning in 2009 when they worked as a Lead Game Advisor for GameStop. In 2010, they worked as a Server for Bimini Twist and an Operations Manager and IT Advisor for Experimax. From 2015 to 2021, they worked for United Franchise Group as a Director of Operations, Support and Development Manager, and Operations Advisor. In 2019, they returned to Experimax as a Brand Development Manager. Most recently, they have been working as Director, Service Operations, Senior Services Manager, and Customer Success and Solutions Consultant for ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc.

Joshua Muir attended Palm Beach State College from 2008 to 2010, studying Business Administration. Joshua also obtained two Apple certifications in January 2020, the Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) and the Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT).
