Kathy Hambrick

Kathy Hambrick has worked in various roles since 1988. Kathy began their career at Computer Task Group as an Application Systems Engineer, where they ensured the quality of MAPICs software releases on the AS400 and other midrange systems. In 1994, they moved to Mt Carmel Christian School as an Athletic Director, Coach, and Teacher, where they taught mathematics and maintained a 70% winning percentage in basketball coaching. In 2009, they worked as a Coach at St. Pius X High School. In 2011, they joined Fourth Generation Software as a Project Manager, managing the ERP software implementation cycle for small and medium-size discrete manufacturers. Finally, in 2013, they joined ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc. as Director of Project Delivery, Development Manager, Client Services Manager, and Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for on time delivery of customer projects worldwide, managed a dynamic project team with 12+ direct reports, collaborated with a development team located in Russia, delivered unparalleled customer satisfaction, and facilitated strategic implementation of ServiceManager.

Kathy Hambrick obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lenoir-Rhyne University between 1981 and 1984.
