Rachel Cassar has over 17 years of professional experience in business analysis and consulting. Rachel began their career in 2003 as a Business Analyst at Oasis Asset Management, where they were responsible for writing requirement specifications for new and changed systems, testing systems and procedures, configuration management, quality assurance, reviewing PDS and providing training to end users. In 2005, they joined Ergon Energy as a Business Analyst, supporting the Capability Development manager through undertaking projects that involve change management and a high level of problem solving/application of innovative approaches. Finally, in 2012, they joined ServiceCentral Technologies as an Account Manager & Business Solutions Consultant, providing web-based reverse logistics, service and repair management software solutions that enable companies to transform the after-sales service of product into a profit stream.

Rachel Cassar attended the University of Wollongong from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) degree in Information Technology & Communications and Business Information Systems.
