Role Overview

ServiceCore is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and experienced Director of Payment Services to join our hybrid office/WFH team based in Lakewood, CO.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Develop and manage a support team focused on driving payment adoption for ServiceCore and Docket business units.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to create GTM strategies for brand initiatives, monitor their success, and recommend adjustments.
  • Business Solutions: Develop strategies and solutions to drive revenue and enhance customer experience through consultative selling.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors to ensure payment options are supported for merchants.
  • Referral Workflow: Develop workflows for new merchant referrals.
  • Communication: Support business units and marketing coordinators in communicating the value proposition of payment solutions.
  • Merchant Support: Maintain merchant information at the business unit level and serve as the primary support contact for merchants and business units.
  • Trend Tracking: Track and report trends in payment inquiries and activities.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with business unit sales teams to increase and maintain referrals.
  • Other Duties: Assist the VP of Payments in driving payment unit growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 years of experience in payments sales and/or support.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Skills: Self-starter with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $140K - $160K with 15% OTE quarterly
