Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and assist us in building a strong brand identity and online presence through various inbound/outbound marketing strategies. 

This position will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the creation and execution of various marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team that’s based in Lakewood, CO.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, your daily activities will include:

  • Assist in creating and curating content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing channels
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, video marketing, social media advertising, pay-per-click campaigns, and content marketing
  • Collaborate with the team to execute IB/OB marketing strategies aimed at building brand awareness and driving engagement with prospective customers to increase product demos
  • Utilize graphic design software, such as Canva, to create visually appealing marketing materials
  • Assist in managing and updating our online presence, including website content, landing pages, and social media pages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and strategies
  • Undertake individual tasks as assigned to help us reach our broader quarterly objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused

  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

  • Demonstrable proficiency in various marketing and analytics tools such as Canva, marketing automation platform (Hubspot preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and content management systems (WordPress preferred)

  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with the trades/field service companies preferred

Base Salary

  • $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
