Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, ambitious and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and assist us in building a strong brand identity and online presence through various inbound/outbound marketing strategies.
This position will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the creation and execution of various marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team that’s based in Lakewood, CO.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, your daily activities will include:
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Demonstrable proficiency in various marketing and analytics tools such as Canva, marketing automation platform (Hubspot preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and content management systems (WordPress preferred)
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Familiarity with the trades/field service companies preferred
Base Salary
$50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
