Jon S. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jon is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at ServiceCore since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Owner (DJ and Event Production) at SFP, LLC since January 2009. Jon also served as a Senior Product Owner at E2open from November 2021 to August 2022 and at Dakota Software from May 2021 to October 2021.

Before their roles in product ownership, Jon held positions at ENGAGE, Summit Midstream Partners, LP, M-I SWACO, Nalco Champion | An EcoLab Company, Beta Nightclub, and Array BioPharma. Jon'sroles at ENGAGE involved being a Director of Product Management from March 2020 to May 2021 and a Technical Program Manager from October 2019 to March 2020. At Summit Midstream Partners, LP, Jon was an Environmental Database Specialist from May 2019 to October 2019 and an Environmental Compliance Specialist from April 2014 to May 2019. Jon was also a Compliance Specialist at M-I SWACO from May 2013 to March 2014 and a Chemist at Nalco Champion | An EcoLab Company from November 2011 to May 2013.

Additionally, Jon worked as a Resident DJ at Beta Nightclub from March 2010 to August 2011. Jon was responsible for being the main floor resident DJ and contributed to Beta Nightclub's recognition as the #1 Nightclub in North America and #15 in the world by djmag.com in 2010.

Jon's earlier experience includes working as a Research Associate - Medicinal Chemistry at Array BioPharma from July 2007 to January 2009.

Jon S. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Biochemistry (Honors) from Ithaca College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2017, they attended General Assembly for a Data Science program. Jon S. also has obtained various certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in December 2020, Intermediate SQL from General Assembly in July 2019, The Complete SQL Bootcamp from Udemy in February 2018, Standardized Work: The Foundation for Kaizen from Lean Enterprise Institute in October 2015, and Key Concepts of LEAN from Lean Enterprise Institute in June 2014.
