Ariela Aviles began their work experience as an Assistant Buyer at Almacenes SIMAN in September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the placement of purchase orders, controlling buyer's purchase budgets, and analyzing sales trends for optimization. Ariela then transitioned to the role of Regional Buyer in May 2019, where they contributed to the development and implementation of regional sales strategies, monitored an OTB system, and helped consolidate the local supplier base. In 2022, Ariela joined INGCO TOOLS as a Key Account Manager, where they defined and directed business strategies, proposed and implemented sales strategies, and optimized the product portfolio. Currently, Ariela is working as a Customer Success Manager at SEBPO since November 2022.

Ariela Aviles attended the ESI School of Management from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
