Nawshin Tasnim started their work experience as an Intern at Igloo Ice Cream in February 2019, where they worked until April 2019. In June 2019, they joined Evaly as a Customer Service Representative and worked until May 2020. From June 2020 to September 2021, they served as an Issue Resolution Executive at Evaly. Currently, they are working as a Project Coordinator at SEBPO, starting in September 2022.

Nawshin Tasnim completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at Daffodil International University-DIU from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Campaign manager 360 certification exam from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in November 2022, and MediaMath Academy | Programmatic Certification from MediaMath in October 2022.
