Rasel Ahmmed has extensive work experience in the field of program management and operations. Rasel started their career at Sonar Courier Service Ltd. in 2008 as a Client Support Executive. In 2008, they also joined SEBPO as a Quality Auditor, where they worked on risk management and compliance protection. After that, they held various roles at SEBPO, including Executive and Senior Executive in AdOps, where they were responsible for executing and managing advertising campaigns. In 2015, they became a Team Lead at SEBPO, ensuring client satisfaction and enforcing quality standards. Currently, Rasel is working at SEBPO as an Assistant Program Manager, where they are responsible for managing multinational clients and ensuring their requirements are met within the service level agreement.
