Tahmina Bina has an extensive work history, beginning in 2002 at Gateway Moves International as an Assistant Counselor, where they gained experience in visa processing and assisting the Head Counselor. In 2008, they joined SEBPO as a QA Analyst before progressing to the role of Team Lead, where they managed a team and handled various responsibilities such as hiring, production management, and client communication. Tahmina later became a Training & Reporting Manager at SEBPO. In 2013, Tahmina assumed the role of Training & Development Manager for the BPO sector at SEBPO, where they identified training needs and designed development plans. Tahmina then transitioned to the position of Account Manager, followed by Creative Services Manager. Currently, they hold the title of Senior Manager Creative Services at SEBPO.

Tahmina Bina's education history includes earning a Master's of Social Science degree in Economics from Begum Budrunnesa Govt. Girl's College from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Digital Printing and Publishing from NIIT (Dhanmondi-1, Dhaka-1205) in 2004 and a Certificate in Information Technology from the same institution in 2003. In August 2015, they also obtained a certification in Cross-Border IT and ITES Outsourcing from the International Trade Centre.
