Alberto Alvarado

Alberto Alvarado is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in building and managing high-performing teams. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Software Engineering at ServiceNow since May 2016, Alberto has also held various leadership positions including Director and Sr. Manager, focusing on product development. Prior to ServiceNow, Alberto worked at AudaExplore from October 2009 to April 2016, progressing from Software Engineer to Software Development Manager. Alberto's career began at Axxis Consulting and Personal, where roles included Software Development Manager and Web Developer. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Ashford University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
