Carly Price

Carly Price is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as Senior Director of Design for Customer and Partner Experience at ServiceNow since June 2025. As the Founder and Inventor at Liv Labs, Carly developed and patented Pippa, a health product aimed at pelvic floor fitness for women, supported by Y Combinator. Previous roles include Group Director of Omni Experiences–Services at Walmart, where Carly led product and UX teams to enhance digital experiences, and Executive Director of Digital Product Design at Ford Motor Company, directing teams on innovative in-vehicle experiences for upcoming software-defined vehicles. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Carly established human-centered design methodologies, while at Casper, Carly's leadership resulted in significant product innovations and revenue growth. Education includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute.
