Chris Pope

Chris Pope is the VP of Innovation at ServiceNow. Chris has also held previous positions at NewRocket, Sapphire Systems, The TriZetto Group, and UBS. Chris has been in the IT industry for over 15 years and has extensive experience in process definition and governance, major incident handling and escalation, root cause analysis and problem management, production assurance, product management and training.

Chris Pope completed a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering at De Montfort University.
