Dan McCall

VP Product, ITSM

Dan McCall currently serves as Vice President of Product for ITSM at ServiceNow, where responsibilities include shaping product vision and strategy for the ITSM portfolio. Prior to this, Dan held the positions of VP and General Manager for Operations Cloud Applications and VP and GM of Incident Management at PagerDuty, overseeing AIOps, Incident Management, and leading the acquisition of Jeli. Dan's experience also includes a significant tenure at Salesforce, where responsibilities ranged from leading product management for mobile solutions to managing teams and strategies for the Salesforce Mobile app. Earlier in Dan's career, co-founding Taptera involved directing product management and strategy, while a role at Genentech focused on installing collaboration software and developing mobile apps. Dan holds a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
