Erica Holcomb

Erica Holcomb is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in talent strategy and management. Currently serving as a Talent Strategy Partner at ServiceNow since April 2025, Erica previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Equifax from April 2018 to April 2025. Additional roles include HR Operations PMO focused on leadership development and employee relations, and project management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Erica also worked in marketing analytics and operations at Emory University and Hewlett-Packard. Erica holds an MBA in Operations Management from Georgia State University and a degree from Agnes Scott College.
